Located as shown in the picture below - You won't get much cooler locations.. Well you might do, but this is still a very awesome spot
The beach is pretty much within walking distance - So have you ever felt bad when bringin home your date?
Never again.. Take her to the beach and sit down to enjoy the sundown - From the 1st floor there's a wonderfull ocean view in 3 directions.. woah, that's some sick shi... which can be enjoyed infront of the fireplace(You'd have to install that yourself
And if you still dont feel manly enough, you can always go to the nearby pirate camp and beat up them pirates.. The most fun, is when you beat them down with their own wooden leg and choke the parot

I've been here for a few nights, and havent seen much traffic - I think the total count is 2.

Then you might ask yourself: whats the price of this awesome house? Not much!

I think a tower would fit, not sure as the OP says you need to test on test to be sure.
