Dear Derrick,

i have recently bought a new computer and I'm finding as much trouble as i did the first time I tried to start. I have dopwnloaded everything, including the torrent, and when I went to UO setup I first chose Regular, then Advanced. When I click Play UO it begins the UO Auto Patch, and it was at 5-0-9 which I think is too far so I chose cancel after that.

Also When I try to log in using Razor i get an error stating:

Cannot initialize. error MEMCOPY

Can you help me with this?

Make sure you have the .Net 1.1 framework installed. that's my best guess.

Second best guess: If you ended task on the patcher while it was patching, you may have corrupted the client.exe. You'll have to reinstall.

Ok now I have got as far as going to select the shard "the second age" then it said "connecting..." and didn't do anythinng.

Then I exited it, via Task Manager to End Task. When I try to login again it says "Unable to authenticate. Either Caps Lock is on or newer client is needed, or user name and password is incorrect."

I havent used my account in a little over a week, does this matter? And if I was able to select a shard doesn't that mean I have my user name and password correct?

Please help me with this Derrick.

This indicates normal communication with the server. Make sure your encryption settings are correct in Razor. Then make sure you're using the right username/password. I can't think of any other possibilities.

Ok there was something wrong with my router. working now, and thank you for your help.

Although the Ultima Online Client just stopped working, and I've read threads on this, seems to be Vista is the problem. With my old computer I used XP and it never did that. This creates a problem when PvPing or anything else that requiress you to be at the computer. Is there any way to fix this problem?
