WTB: Yew bank vendor house!!not screens aways!next to bank!

as the title states i want to buy a yew bank house for vendors, i want it in site of the bank not 1-3 screens away.
If you wanted one right next to the bank, plan on spending a castle deed for it.
That is if anyone at all would even sell one.
