Can you gain stats even though no skills are moving. Example can you gain strength from wrestling even if you're gm wrestling and tactics and not gaining any skills.

I'm not sure about the answer to what you're asking. About GM wrestling for example. But, if you are skill capped and want to raise stats, lock all your skills except something that raises the stat you want to raise. For instance, to raise STR, lock everything but Animal Herding and set it to raise. It will do skill checks constantly and raise your STR very quickly. Spirit Speak will do the same for Int.
