Most Awesomest Small Mine house(SOLD)

This small is located north of Minoc not far from Ascalon. Two mines in the same screen and another not far. Bids start at Deed+small and goes untill I stop getting offers. Will use Blackfoot or Guardian Knight as a broker unless the buyer trusts to give me the gold up front. Decided to post a buyout of deed+2 small deeds

No. To be honest I will probibly hold out a little longer after the starting bit is hit. Only been up for a week now. I have seen houses in worse locations go for deed+3smalls. I rarely see anyone digging around, plus theres no spawn.
