You don't.
Also, this is a prepatched head and doesn't decay within 10 seconds like new body parts -- so you know it's legit.

Hello. I am just curious if the entire suit comes with it, or just the head. It will very much devalue the item if I cannot also buy the torso, and legs. I've already had his hand 3X a night, so you can keep the arms. Thanks.
