You used to be able to set last target at a point of higher elevation, such as a rooftop, and then walk directly beneath that point, cast teleport and then hit last target.

This would teleport you directly upwards.

Useful for marking runes to high places, etc.

i concur, all you see now is 'target cannot be seen.'

The line of sight system is very different under RunUO and it's going to be very hard to replicate all the bugs accurately. You'll find that you can still get to most places, and more but sometimes in a slightly different way.
