Selling Patio along mountains
This patio is in Northern Territories
The Dungeon Wrong is on the other side of mountains
Starting bid of deed + small (Already recieved starting bid)
Buy Out of Deed + 2 smalls

Trade went smoothly. No need for a broker, I handed him deeds, he transferred house. Thanks again man! Good guy to deal with!
