Venderhouse on Vesper strip(SOLD)

This is not an auction. My price is small deed + 2 small deeds. This is 10k lower than what I paied for this house. Located SE of Vesper GY. Before I lost interest in venders I did very well here with Magic weapons, GM armor and weapons, Potions, and house add ons. It seems as though the neighbors have lost interest in venders as well so very little competition here. If you are interested send me a PM.
