Ugly Targeting Frame (or whatever it's called)

Hello everyone, new player here.
I stopped playing UO shortly after UO-R, so I'm unfamiliar with how to get rid of it (if it's even possible).
When I double-click on myself or other players, this thing appears... How do I turn that ugly thing off? Am I just missing something?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
On a side note, I'm excited that I stumbled across UOSA; glad to be here!
