I recently hit gm healing but i still get the message barely helps, so my question is are you never 100% sure to succed on the healing skill. I got gm heal, anatomy and 90 dex on him

If you are being hit ALOT then it will barely help, otherwise you should be healing a considerable amount at those levels. Number of times you are hit while attempting to heal correlates to the overall effectiveness of each bandaid
