Information on this problem was in the "Message Of The Day" yesterday; which displays when you log in, or when you type [motd in game. As the bug was fixed this morning, the message was removed.

ok, maybe it was a sarcastic response then because I was just trying to get the boards I locked down on the floor right next to me. I kept getting the message, "you can only do this in a house you own" or something like that.

Its fixed now so it must have been related some how.
