UO Second Age

So i have been fighting constantly against my friend, and my wrestling stopped at 70 and hasn't moved for over 14 hours of constant fighting. Is there something i have to do to move it beyond that? everything else has gone up. and i am not at the skill cap. Any ideas?

well if you still have available pts, id suspect ur friend has low combat ability.

If the skill level of your friend is below a particular point, then you can't gain off of him. If he has GM skills in any weapon proficiencies, have him equip a weapon which uses that skill and try gaining then. Beyond that, the usual check to see if you have the available skill points, and that the skill isn't locked should be done as well.
