Plenty of Forest to chop wood.
Fish from the top of the Tower.
Run 10 seconds East you hit a cemetery.
Run 25 seconds South to the Orc fort and the City of Cove.
Starting bid Tower deed + small & 20k
Buy out is Tower deed +2 smalls & 20k

are there any other houses/towers in the same screen as this tower? I noticed the picture was mostly focused on the water and front porch. Thanks!

There are no neighbors and there is a spot next to the tower for a small house.
