I've seen a few cows like this, I believe they still randomly spawn if I'm not mistaken

those cows have a different name though, this was still "a giant spider," not "a mad cow" like those special cows. I personally have never seen a spider like this so I assume it is much rarer than those mad cows.

Sadly, the guards of Britania did not appreciate this beast and it was guard whacked while being stabled.
