UO Second Age

Spawn time seems really slow for some things, like the cyclops, undernearth the dungeon close to brit. Liches in the forests beneath yew. Maybe it use ot be like that and I dont recall but IDK seems really slow.

There's really not supposed to be any cyclops' in Despise. I forgot they were down there. Spawn times likely need an increase now that we've had such a population increase. This is something we'll begin work on right away
