Blue NPC's corpses are grey once killed

Blue NPC corpses are grey to the person who killed them.

I don't believe this to be era accurate, but rather a side effect of removing UO:R "looting rights".

Agree, should be guardwhacked just as much for looted an NPC as you are a player.
