Selling a very nice keep on Ice island also known as Dagger Isle. Very close to the water for a perfect view. No one lives to close to you like other houses on the island.

I will start the biding at 1.1 mill.
Buy-out will be 1.5 mill.

Something better might have came up last minute, though I can't imagine what that might be, this is a prime location... though imho not really much of a pirate cove, too many surrounding estates, perhaps a viking village would be the perfect spot for this local!
