Iolo Fitzowen's Anniversary Delivery!

As you all know December the 14th is UOSA's 3rd Anniversary. Lord British is planning on throwing a large party in celebration. He has ordered party supplies from every corner of the world. Most of these supplies were handled by the usual serfs. However, some of these items require more care than the rest.
These supplies were trusted to the one and only Iolo Fitzowen and his trusted side kick Smith.

What these supplies are British is keeping a fairly tight lid on. But they are causing a stir in his inner circles. (Rumour has it they are gifts for the people of Britain)
They are being hand crafted by Relvinian himself and cannot fall into the wrong hands!

Lord British has requested any willing civilians of Sosaria to accompany Iolo and Smith to ensure the safe arrival of the goods on time for the party. (That means you!)

When - 11 AM EST Dec 14th

Where - We will be grouping at the keg and anchor Pub in Trinsic! Dont be afraid to come early to have a few before we head out! It is a party afterall. (location in pic below)

What to bring - anything you will need to protect Iolo and Smith from the untold dangers of the Sosarian landscape.

This will be dangerous! Early scouting reports indicate a hightened activity of evil-doers!

i think these are the only events ever that arent

Iolos Delivery!



Iolo waited at the pub while we all got our gear together and made our way to meet him.
He explained the details of our mission and the dangers we may face on route.





We headed out of the city! On our way to colelct the party supplies being crafted at Relvinian's fireworks factory.



We tooka minute to organize ourselves as we were about to leave the road and head into the wilderness
when the first elf attacked us. It did its damage but was taken down.



We arrived a the factory to find Relvinian himself! Unforunately the party
got a little too excited and killed Relvinian before he could give us the fireworks!

As you all know, you dont mess with an angry wizard :/
He brought his deamon army in retaliation for the attack.
The factory working elves saw what was going on and joined the fray.

After taking a beating one civilian began to bareknuckle box a deamon!
Vengeance was his.



Just when we thought the army was defeated a real monster showed up.
He was not easily dealt with. He left more than half of the party dead.



We finally got reorganized, and with the box of fireworks in Smith's pack we moved on.



We got seperated on the road so we ambushed an orc camp and hung out at their fire
until we could regroup.



We grouped and headed north. Apparently the orcs heard we had ambushed one of their camps
and they had prepared an army at the bridge.



But we finally made it town and got boozed up at Brits pad.
Iolo is not a big drinker, and had to leave early. Stuck was unimpressed :< he thought he was gona get lucky.

wow that was quite a turnout. sad i missed it, but glad i was able to steal a trophy from it several hours after it
