Negotiation meaning trades in silver, gold, or rares equal to or close to 3million gold peices for the castle 2million for the keep/tower.

Don't even make anymore offers Matron. If you were the last person on the shard, and there was 100 spots for me to place another house of equal size, and you offered me twice as much as my asking price I would not sell you these houses.

Forget about the red pots, daggers, and blank rune. Just two ropes, a shovel, bag of lime, and deeds for the pre-existing structers + castle deed. You might have a hard time finding the bag of lime. Remember that this is for the Keep and Tower ONLY. Of course we will need Blackfoot to agree on brokering this trade.
