I haven't seen one in a chest in a long, long, long time and no one seems to be selling them on the board anymore.

Riant, when I first came back to the shard, I had a real real bad run. I think I found one in my first month, total. I feel like the drops are lower now that the charges are higher. Since then I've definitely found more, but not as much as I used to.
Anyways, PM me with what you're looking for and I might have some stuff to sell you.

htere r still mr items but almost only in lvl 5 chests. i just looted a 51 mr doublet and 20 mr barcelet yesterday.
i wish u more luck with your next chests mate ^^

yea i just pull a floppy hat with 89 charges from a lvl 5
