Does detect hidden effect Tracking on this shard?

I was looking up tracking on stratics.com and I saw that detect hidden played a roll in your tracking skill. Is this the case on this server? I dont think that detect hidden effecting tracking is accurate for the time but i dont remember for sure.
any one know?

I have multiple characters with GM detect hidden and a couple with GM tracking. I do have one with GM tracking and GM detect and I don't see a difference.

Players and NPC with hiding and/or steath are more difficult to track, Detect hidden on the tracker increaces the change of tracking those mobiles. For tracking players without hiding or stealth, Detect makes no difference.
