out of curiosity why doesn't cove have a bank? I thought it had it in UO:T2A if I remember correctly...?

Apparently it did in some shards. Not in most, thus, no bank here.
I remember banking in Cove in Europa, but it's just memory, no hard evidence to back it up unfortunately.
Also, this is a nice tower, very well worth the 1.2 mill asked for.

I've got a private bidder at 1.2 mil. I will be relocating the rune library and doing some upgrades to it as well.
