I know who owns that tower. He doesn't do the forums or irc. His main char in game is Venus.
I'll tell you now, he's not likely to sell.

I just called Venus. I tried to tell him that someone was interested in his tower, but he didn't even let me get the question out before he said "Nope."
I've been tryin to buy his Ocllo house for 6 months now.
He doesn't sell his houses. Sorry, mate.
