Which blue sandal hues are rare?

I have a bag full of blue sandals and am wondering which hue numbers are the rarest? Anybody know where I can find out or have an answer for me? Thanks

I think the darker, but more vibrant blues are more desired.

take a pic of the bag
odds are the most extreme sandal in whichever direction will be worth the most

The 3 darkest pair on bottom left are 1345,1354 and 1318. Lightest, slightly greyish looking pair on top left is 2403. The most vibrant blue in the center of bag is 1327. Others are 1316, 1340, 1315, 1331, 1314, 1336.

they dont spawn anymore, so its basically how desireable the hue is.

oooohhh lemme get in on this too:
Hues from left column to right column (yea they are not exactly in this order but these are the hues I saw)
Column #1 - Left side: 1354, 1349
Column #2 - Left Middle side: 1323, 1330, 1309, 1316, 1328, 1348
Column #3 - Right Middle side: 1889, 1827
Column #4 - Right side: 1900
