what kinda loot do dragons drop?

do they drop any special weapons? or anything special at all?

They drop Magic items and a fair share of gold.
Good luck dodging PKs at Destard or other Dragon hotspots though.

Dragons also spawn at Fire Temple, Wind, and Covetous 3.
