Looking for enough to GM lockpicking from 30; so at least 7k picks. PM me with your price.
I could also offer ingots in loo of money so you wont have to waste yours.

You should need around 400 to get to 95. I have 500 in my vendor Peter just off Vesper Bank's west bridge.
