Have you ever seen this?

Found this on an IDOC this morning. Have no real Idea what its worth... Just know its gotta be insanely rare. Just kinda fishing around to see what people think. It is important to note that it is a different hue, and it doesnt require ID'ing to see what it is.

These are from awhile back, there are quite a few floating around, they usually sell for well over 100k however a "perfect" one has 30-36 charges (I can't remember exactly, but somewhere in that ballpark)

Loads of them exist. Go to the lich tower by the museum, go to any player museum. It's not an exclusive item - it's from an old quest if I'm not mistaken

yea its from the nobles daughter quest, and a perfect one has 34 charges.

Yeah this one was used, it doesnt even have charges.
