Place a table on the floor of your house.
Pick up the table and hold it.
Move to where the table was on the floor.
Drop the table onto your spellbook.
Say "I wish to place a trash barrel".
Lock down the table.

You can no longer access the trash barrel - it says you can't reach it.

Inaccurate - during T2A it would work just fine.

Why did you do this in era?

It looked cool and was a form of space saving in small houses.

Indeed. This is a topic in bug reports. There are other similar issues related to this involvine reaching through surface which I hope to get fixed soon. Things have been dragging a little bit lately, but should pick up soon. There are likely some more major issues than this that will be addressed first, but this one is on my list.

Thanks for the post.

Well, you can still stand on the floor above 5 stacked chests and open the top one (and loot it) by double clicking.

You can telekensis the 4th and maybe the 3rd, but as far I can tell you can't loot (not being able to loot is due to a post-LOS change fix from my understanding).

The moral of the story? LOS is not era accurate so anyone with a multiple story building should keep the doors locked and never let anyone in because you might get looted through the floor like I was.

Ripped my gruts clean off.
