Tracking and Tinkering

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

Although all the personal anecdote in the world makes no difference contrary to what some of you may believe, I absolutely used tracking a great deal during T2A and there was no option to select NPC's or Humans. I do not recall if Player-Vendors showed up in the listing though, they probably did though.
