UO Second Age

Here it is folks.. due to some issues I'm experiencing right now (good things), I will no longer be playing UOSA often enough to keep up with demand at the Hangman's Gamble Bar and Casino and am henceforth offering it up for sale.

I'm hoping the new owner will use it wisely, and use the location to promote events and help encourage RP on our little server.. so here it goes.

The bidder has the opportunity to place two separate bids, one for the house, and one for the house with decorations (minus the bear rug, and the singing ball those i'll be keeping thanks).

Please keep bidding increments to house deeds (IE, no bidding 1000 gold over).

Thank you for your time, and for a very enjoyable stay here at UOSA. I'll be around from time to time, just not enough to do this location justice!

WHAT? You better have knocked up your wife/girlfriend/whatever, or something similar! NOTHING ELSE IS WORTH QUITTING UO! Even that isn't, but you can go to jail for not actually paying attention to the kid, so it makes leaving slightly more acceptable.

Rompkin does this come with the small pouch full of silver, house deeds and a sandstone table that was hidden behind one of the vendors?
