I have become the owner of a small house located along the north mines. It is the small right outside the small grove in the mountain. I am looking to sell this house and figured I would ask your guild if you wanted it before I sold it to someone else. I had a broker value the house at two smalls and this is what im asking for it. This is so weird...I just started playing on uosa, and I recently earned enough money to purchase a small house. So, I wandered around the land north of Minoc (K ^ A Land) ,and this exact spot of land was empty, so I placed my small house here. I love the spot, and I just applied to your guild. Funny coincidence.
