This is the real deal. House is located directly on the Vesper/Minoc Moongate. By the way, this is the ONLY house on the moongate here.
I will let this auction run for 1 week.
Buyout Offers are accepted and encouraged, I will tell you whether or not I feel that is a buyout offer or not.
Starting bid: 3x Smalls
Whoever the winner is in 1 weeks time will get this house unless buyout offer is accepted prior, broker of your choice will be used or pass the deeds then I'll pass the house.
