Vendor small House very close to Yew Gate for sale!!!

The Auction of this house will last exactly 2 days and 2 hours.
As you can see it's very close to the Yew gate!
Starting bid : 2 small deeds
Increments : 5k
Highest bidder takes it. I have the right not to give it if I dont like the highest bid. I built it yesterday and after some hours i sold all of my mibs that I put there. It seems to be very busy but I dont think i will have the time to keep it refreshed with stock the next months due to my studies and thats why I am selling it.
