What color is 1109? Neon? Bride? Blue? I'm not sifting thru my random bag of sandals unless I know what color I am looking for...

It's dark blue

I don't think there is an 1109. That's the darkest Mage lord hue and I don't think it spawned as a sandal. Least not on uosa.

I'll look through 'em then. I had a couple that were almost black, though they're all hidden in my keep somewhere hehe.

How do you find out the hue? I have some that are pretty dark in color.

There's a spot in Razor options where you can target and get info. I forget where (haven't done it in awhile), but do a forum search and it says it somewhere.

Someone in IRC helped me out. The best I have is 1309 and 1319, ah well. Cool thing is they look black when worn.

Yes 1309 is probably the darkest blue available. 1309, 1899, and 1908 are probably the 3 hues that best match the mage lord hue of 1109. l8

They look blue-er in the pic, shrug.

Maybe check Damascus's vendor South and West of the Yew moongate. He has several, though I can't say for sure if they're what you're looking for.
