As of 01.20.2011, unable to access my MyUOSA profile

When I attempt to log on to MyUOSA, the following error is returned:
"The user name or password is incorrect".
This is not true: I've been using the same usename and password since I registered; my profile was accessible yesterday, but I can't get in today.
I imagine that this is a by-product of the server upgrade, but is there anything I need/ought to do?

Update:
Periodically, I am able to log-on successfully but, even on those occasions, none of the accounts that should be associated with my profile are accessed (no characters appear).
Otherwise, and today is an example, I frequently encounter the same error message outlined in the OP.

I get the same error as the OP. I know that I am entering the correct username and password, as I have them written down.
If I click on the "I forgot my password" link, and enter my username and email address, I get the following error:
Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request.

Semms im not the only one with this problem. I attempted to make an account few days ago and it wouldnt process my email to send the confermation code errrr what not... Then when i went to log in today I got the same error as these guys. Any Ideas/Suggestions?
