Selling small house just steps from Vesper guard zone.
There is a decent amount of traffic in the area, no spawn, and with guard zone being just a few steps away, I think this would make a great vendor shop.

This home is buyout only - no bids accepted.
First person to offer deed + 10k wins it.
Sale runs until buyout is reached.
