Hally has substantial mod + 18 charges of mages bane.
The qstaff has no other mods.
Bidding for the hally starts at small deed -
for the qstaff it starts at 10 k.
Both found in Treasure-Chests.
Both weapons have never been used in any combat and the hally
has never been repaired.

Not really, but if he wants a decent hally he's gonna have to out-bid me to get it.
I don't usually plan on winning these auctions anyways.
