I don't know how to verify the count on lvl1s. I don't have a cartographer. How else can it be done?

anyone can decode lvl 1s
so if you use any char with 0 cart, if you attempt to decode / or decode its a lvl 1. If it says its to difficult for you to decode its atleast a lvl 2
