Not to be rude but it seems you have plenty of bidders. If you wanted a certain amount why didnt you just start your bidding off at that price.

House sold to private bidder for buyout price. I apologize to Ireland and Zanzabar. I should deal business better next time, but unfortunately I won't be playing much longer anyway. Thank you for your bids and take care.
