I find it telling that you are using a picture my keep as advertising for your 'mediation' service.

A castle doesn't fit where my keep is - so there's no issue with having a small house sitting there.

The real test of your 'mediation' skills will be whether you can mediate me to sell you my tower which sits overlooking your keep on the Vesper grass area - you know, the one you were messaging me about a few days before you posted this.

You are reading more into it than there is. I used your keep? for the 'don't like your neighbor' portion of my service cause I was in the neighborhood and it was just there. I'm not sure if you are insinuating that I placed that small, but I can assure you I did not. If you have a problem with me using your keep I'll remove the image asap.

As far as my free service I will be the first to admit I'm having an uphill battle as 2 out my first 3 cases have said no, but people wouldn't need mediation if it was easy. I'll add a disclaimer that this isn't a 100% guarantee.

You already said no on my offer for your tower so I'm not sure why you are bringing it up here other than to embarrass me? If you would like to revisit this I'm more than willing but not here.

Kith no offense but you lie on a regular basis about small houses you actually do place to block bigger placements. I think people generally know your pretty shady and that's why you don't get used as a broker. Also, you have a poor attitude when it comes to negotiations. You let your personal bias get in the way of business. That in itself separates the men from the boys in the world of housing.

Think you can handle a steady 1 year griefer, who has been blocking a large spot of mine? He doesn't play UOSA, hardly log's into the forums, and doesn't use IRC. He does however log into the game once a week to refresh his houses.

He believes that because felix has 3 large bricks's on his castle spot (which you could arguable call, felix's castle spot) he needs to block my castle spot with 2 small houses. For some reason he gets the idea that if he blocks my spot, it is going to increase his chances of felix selling him the 3 large bricks. He also hates me cause we pvped on the field once about a year ago.

So yea, this all happened about a year ago.. His name is Guf on IRC, Pat on forums, and Perky in game.

I literally do not talk to him, and haven't for about 6 months.... This house is slightly worn.... And all I wanna use the castle spot for is some new "Events by Rose" to benefit the shard and have some fun.

I have tried to help Rose with this .. and I didn't even get a response from the guy.. Good Luck

Tree stump modifications to UO are an unsupported feature of UOSA.

You are clearly using the tree stump exploit in the above screenshots.

The use of the tree stumps exploit in your screenshots has the inference that a castle would fit where that keep is, when in fact it would not due to the trees.

The screenshots you are using have the effect of inferring that you have the ability to allow others to place castles with your mediation services, when in fact in the situation displayed on your advertising a castle is a mere impossibility.

Please consider adjusting your screenshots with an accurate representation of (a) actual benefits you can provide potential consumers; and (b) legitimate and legal client modifications which are allowed on UOSA.
