Server up? Stuck at verifying....again.

Is the server up?
I see the home page says there are over 600 people online but I have been stuck at verifying account for over an hour.
In fact about this time (4 pm PST) every day, I lose conn and get stuck at verifying for an uncertain amount of time.
Any ideas?

Im glad to know Im not the only one. Im at the same spot your at my friend. the server must be down.
