Not rare it seems, so 20k is pretty high over what a non rare item should cost, if u ask me.
Offcourse it is you as a seller who set the rules.
If you can't find anyone willing to pay 20k for it I offer you 10k, no more, no less.
(I'm aware of that I might break some forum rules now, bidding lower than set min price, but this is my offer)
