I have been using this tower like everyday for 2 years.
I'll bid 1 mil and keep it exactly the same.

Not sure why you think this tower is worth that much, but it clearly is not. I would say around 1 - 1.3 mil is the most you're gonna get unless somebody wants it for a very specific or nostalgic reason.
You can get a castle on grass, prime location for just over 3 mil..

The castle will be nowhere near brit moongate, nor will the courtyard be secure, hence the castle being pretty much worthless.

As a matter of fact, the closest castle on grass, that has a secure courtyard......is mine.

I understand those issues surrounding castles & castle purchases, but I am just saying I don't see any scenario in which a player would be willing to pay 10x deed price for a tower just because there is a moongate a screen to the south.

I've gotten inquiries of reputable people on the forum so there's really no point in me arguing the case.

I can mark right outside your tower, hence your tower is no more secure then any other castle... Your point is invalid.
Its a beautiful tower but unless its sitting on top of a magic gold making tree i really dont see you getting anywhere close to your opening bid.
IMO 1.3mil(3xdeed) would be a good starting point for your opening bids if you are actually looking to sell it and not post just for bragging rights.

How long have you owned Loop's tower? Or do you just have access to his accounts? Does he know the tower is going to be sold? (I am/was friended last I checked.. few months ago)

Why are you arguing his asking price or points of why the tower is great?
If someone did this to one of your posts I think you'd get a little upset, no?

1. I can lock my door.
2. It is sitting on top of a magic gold making tree (brit moongate location).
3. I didn't ask for your opinion.
4. This.
