Up for auction is a small house near Yew. This spot gets alot of traffic and is sure to make money! It's located in a great spot almost directly south of the Yew Moongate and directly east of Yew bank as shown in the pics below.
The auction starts at deed + 5k and bids should be in at least 5k increments. Buyout will be a 2 story deed. Bidding ends Monday 3/14 at noon EST.
