buying individual spells

Hey all,

New player to UOSA, used to play UO back in 99 and 00... anyways, I'm starting from scratch and am having trouble finding individual scrolls for each spell. I'm trying to raise magery and need some 4th circle spells... any shops out there that anyone knows of/runs?

You can sometimes catch these at the brit scribe, people selling scrolls from farming/working inscription

Are you the Inferno that hangs around in Vesper? I spend a lot of time in Vesper anyway, so PM me and let me know which scrolls you need and I'll make them and sell them to you at cost.
