Weird client problem

So I had to reformat my HD last month. I reinstalled everything and for some reason when I have uo minimized and like lookin at explorer or IRC it crashes. Happens every time. Neone know whats wrong?

I don't know where to begin to guess. I think the first ching I would check is the vidoe and sound drivers, make sure those are updated.

This only happens when it's minimized? And it happens immediately?
