Asking deeds+small to start.

Ill let this run till i feel i have a good offer.
I also reserve the right to not to sell to any specific person.

Upgrayde or Blackfoot will be broker if you choose to use one.

First pic is of tower in the spot, now there are two bricks.
There is the ocassional aligator or snake that come by the front of the house. the neighbor just south is only on to refresh his home because I havent seen him there in the past year at all.

What is a good offer to you? Im looking for a large brick but but if I have to wait and then not be sure if youll even sell it, then I wont even bother. Look at Telemon's postings. Straight forward sales. If you think its worth a certain amount, just ask for it.

I started by asking deeds+small. If I feel thats a good offer. If someone were to offer me a little more than that, i'd probobly sell immediately.
