Wearing clothing with armor

I just noticed that with a full plate suit on I cannot wear a kilt, or skirt, ect. These all were able to be worn while having a full suit of plate on. Yes, I'm a man who wears skirts, did so then and will now!
Fixable?

Fixable?
Very fixable, we've got some messed up clothing layers. This has been on the list for a while.

I'm wondering if there is a master list or thread where we could list all the errors of clothing/armor layers? I know of a few different errors that I posted in a different thread, and also found some new ones. I'm just trying to make things easier to fix.
