packetloss? intermittent lag

I've talked about my latest idea .. to people .. and it seems no freebie source for this would be accpetable yet only a paid for trusted source could do this.. and chances are the original .. paths are the most eff. to the server over all so buying and paying more urls or redirects would be almost pointless from what i understand ..

sorry to report this .. but i won't stop and i'll keep looking as hope less as it may seem ..

Thanks for looking into it. I thought I remembered Ryan from Divinity doing some kind of rerouting for people, not sure how that worked though. Maybe asking providers along the way to reroute?
